SUMMARY

Dr. Miriam Kyule holds a PhD and a Master of science in Agricultural Education from Egerton University. She recently graduated as a fellow in the Future African Research Leadership Programme under Alliance for African Partnerships hosted by Michigan State University.  She is a lecturer, supervisor, a researcher and has served as the head of the department for the last three years.  Among the courses she teaches: Curriculum Development, Methods of teaching agriculture, Research Methods in Agricultural Education and Extension, Measurement and Evaluation in agricultural education. Miriam has also attended many professional trainings and workshops. She has published widely and has facilitated several internal and international academic workshops. She has also participated in several curriculum review panels. Miriam has extensive experience also on social issues including, working with the youth especially on mentorship and capacity building, gender and inclusiveness, outreach work among others. Miriam has participated in several projects and consultancy engagements.
